- 1: At premium or unknown intrinsic value

**C. Near-Term Catalysts (1–5)**
- 5: Clear catalyst within 3 months (earnings beat likely, M&A, product launch)
- 3: Possible catalyst within 6 months
- 1: No visible catalyst

**D. Portfolio Fit (1–5)**
- 5: Fills a gap, low correlation to existing holdings, right size
- 3: Moderate fit, some overlap
- 1: Duplicates existing exposure, too large or too small
