Weekly Portfolio Review
Run this review every Monday morning (15 minutes):

1. Performance Attribution
→ Which positions drove the most gains/losses last week?
→ Any moves that surprised you? Investigate the cause before the next session opens.

2. Thesis Integrity Check
→ For your top 5 positions: is the original investment thesis still intact?
→ If not, classify as "thesis broken" (exit immediately) vs. "stock down on noise" (hold or add).

3. Catalyst Scan
→ Any earnings reports, investor days, or key macro data releases this week that affect your positions?
→ Pre-plan your reaction to both bullish and bearish outcomes before the event.

4. Concentration Risk
→ Are you over 20% in any single name? Over 40% in any sector?
→ Any geographic or factor exposure (high-beta, small-cap, rate-sensitive) that makes you vulnerable?

5. Weekly Decision
→ 1 BUY: the position with highest conviction that you should add to (or initiate)
→ 1 TRIM: the position that has outrun its fair value or whose thesis is weakening
→ 1 WATCH: the name on your watchlist approaching your buy price
